Since 2016, Anna has been producing quarterly, monthly, and special one-off events specifically catered to the lesbian/ queer community all over Los Angeles. Now under the handle Damn Good Dyke Nights on Instagram, her events provide guests with an opportunity to mix and mingle at unique and upscale venues, often offering something a little different than your standard "club night" making meeting friends and connecting with others much less intimidating.

Open Dyke Night
Open Dyke Night is a piano bar karaoke/ sing-a-long night geared towards the lesbian/ queer community taking place every second Thursday of the month at Tramp Stamp Granny's in Hollywood. Enjoy hand crafted cocktails and sing along to your favorite classics, show tunes, and pop hits played live on the piano by Laura Wiley or Lisa Crawley and hilariously hosted by Anna Goodman. ODN started in June of 2019 and (despite the short break from the pandemic) has been thriving ever since.
Hidden Hearts
Hidden Hearts came into fruition in August, 2021 and now takes place every last Thursday of the month at De Buena Planta in Silverlake, Los Angeles. Guests wear designated heart stickers to signify whether their heart is "taken", "open", "broken/healing" or if they're just looking for friends. This interactive and fun icebreaker helps guests connect throughout the evening and mix mingle over craft cocktails, cervezas, or delicious plant based tapas and dance the night away with music played by new DJs each month.
HOT FLASH
HOT FLASH is a lesbian queer party specifically for community members over the age of 30 playing your favorite disco, pop, hip hop, r&b, and classic hits from across the decades Enjoy drinks, music, and potential connection in a mature and safe environment. This event was started in October 2022 and is in partnership with Sorrell of Divorce (DJ Couples Therapy).
Hotter Flash
Hotter Flash stemmed from the success of it's sister event, Hot Flash, and is specifically for our 40+ community! Hotter Flash attracts an older crowd that maybe assumed their days of going out were over. Guests enjoy dinner and dancing to the music they know and love, have a place to sit if needed, connect with the "scene" again, and make it home and in bed at a reasonable hour. This event takes place takes place at The Butchers Daughter in West Hollywood every other month from 7pm - 12am on a Friday night.
Sapphic Swims
Sapphic Swims is an early evening soiree and night swim pool party for lesbians and queers taking place monthly on Thursdays from 6pm - 10pm. Guests are encouraged to wear their swimsuits and take a dip, or enjoy connecting with others on the couches or lounge chairs with games and cards available to make interacting with others less intimidating. This event is a Summer Series only available between May - October. It came into fruition in May 2023 and has become a popular night out for those that want to connect with the community, cool off and listen to chill music while still making it home before 11pm.
